How AI Helped My Business (And Can Help Yours)

Last Week I discussed AI and I attended a Mark Cuban event where he gave some great advice on AI. This week I want to share how I applied his advice into my business and how you can apply this advice into your business or use the advice to start your own company. I found this advice very useful and I want to dive deeper into it as well as give you some real life examples.

So to recap, I went to an event where Mark Cuban said that entrepreneurs should start using AI to find ways to improve my business. He suggested that I should ask AI about the troubles that I have been having with my business (growth, monetization, etc). To give the AI specific questions about a specific situation so that it can more easily understand your situation. This is important because the more the AI know about your business the easier it will be for it to give you more accurate and personalized answers.

🤖My AI Business Journey (And Examples)

After I attended the presentation from Mark Cuban I decided to apply the advice that he gave. I started using AI to improve my business by providing my subscriber count, revenue numbers, and other important information. It was spitting out lots of useful information like sponsored segments (flat rate ads) that might make more money than display ads (ads paid per click). The AI found companies that I could contact and generated drafts for the sponsorship inquiries I was going to send them. The AI also helped me analyze my business and realize weakness and how to improve it. AI helped me learn and realize very important ideas and possible improvements for the newsletter. 📊 Which AI I Recommend

In my personal AI business journey, I used were ChatGPT & Claude. I started by using ChatGPT where I provided the relevant information and It provided very general growth and monetization strategies. One of the main features that makes Claude go above and beyond ChatGPT and other AI platforms are its recommendation feature, this feature is when Claude gives you list of a series of different options it will always tell you which one it recommends for you. I love this feature so much because when you have a list of 10 different options to choose from it is so much better when the AI recommends one or two, so I have time to think about it. I highly recommend Claude for any business purpose. ChatGPT is also great for business, although it doesn’t have the recommendation feature and in my experience it is more difficult to create an action plan with ChatGPT.

In summary, I used AI for a better understanding of my business and to improve operations and monetization.
